Independent Living apartments at Forge Hill are available in one-bedroom, one-bedroom with a den, and two-bedroom floor plans offering spacious layouts and scenic views. Each apartment features a modern fully equipped kitchen, a full bath, plush carpeting and interior fixtures and furnishings designed for convenience and comfort.

The basic service plan for Independent Living residents includes two meals per day in our elegant dining room. Weekly housekeeping, 24-hour security, paid utilities, complete property maintenance and grounds keeping, use of Forge Hill's Wellness Center, inviting common areas, and scheduled transportation.

Independent Living services included in the monthly fee:
