At Forge Hill Senior Living Community there is a specialized program for seniors living with Alzheimer's and memory loss called Harmony. Each day begins with familiar routines. The Harmony Program staff offer gentle encouragement, memory enhancement and assistance while supporting each person in areas of particular need.

The day also includes music, games, entertainment, closely monitored exercise along with reminiscence through conversation and special outings to plays, parks and concerts. Personalized, expert care and attention is a priority for each resident in the Harmony Program. This supportive safe environment is a place you can feel confident that your loved one is being nurtured and cared for the way you would expect.

Harmony Program - Alzheimer's Care includes:
